Hello guys!
Here we are with a sweet chance for Demon pass holders and people who want to upgrade or get a Demon pass.

In the last week we could upgrade a few people in the Angel pass waiting list so as a result we now have 8 Demon seats available and we want to offer all Demon owners a chance to move ahead if they wish to do so and then make those passes available again.
We also let you know that we have discarded the Angel pass waiting list as every single place has been assigned definitely. We’re sorry for those who could not get un upgrade because of the limited number of places.

1) FOR PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE A DEMON PASS AND WANT TO MOVE AHEAD
Vacant seats are:
DP10
DP11
DP13
DP14
DP18
DP50
DP51
DP67
If you have a Demon pass with a higher number and you wish to move in one of these seats you can try your luck next Thursday August 18th at 3.00 pm Rome time zone
You simply need to send an email to staff@jusinbello.it stating your SURNAME, NAME and actual PASS NUMBER (please no chit-chat or questions in the email because that will make us discard your request) and the first 8 people sending their email will be moved into those seats by order of email arriving (of course if you have a lower number we won't move you for example you have DP39 and we still need to assign only DP67 you won't be moved).
Please don't write to us asking where the new seats are or where your actual seat is we don't know yet the exact seating chart for next year. You just have to assume that a lower number means a better place, if you are not sure or undecided DO NOT REQUEST TO BE MOVED, you'll keep your seat and all of us will be happy with that! If we see this happening we will simply cancel this moving ahead things and let people request these places.

2) FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO GET A DEMON PASS (UPGRADING OR NEW BOOKING)
If you have a Sinner or Hunter pass and you wish to upgrade to a Demon pass or if you don't have a pass yet and wish to reserve a Demon pass you can send your request Thursday August 18th at 6.00 pm Rome time zone.
You need to send an email to staff@jusinbello.it stating your SURNAME, NAME and actual PASS NUMBER (or for new people SURNAME, NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL) (please no chit-chat or questions in the email because that will make us discard your request) and the lucky people sending their email when passes are still available will be able to have one
Please don't write to us asking about seats you'll get the best place available at the moment you request it.

Please we don't want to see people going around asking for a seating chart because if we don't have one yet neither can! When people first booked Demon passes they did not know which pass number they will get and now it will work the same.
